Is it possible to post a check list of the things I should have accomplished by the last class?

On the syllabus it states on Page 2

• participation in class 10%
• 3 applications for the classroom (1. poster, 2. certificate, and 3. Brochure)
• 3 premade templates to be used in your classroom 4, 5, 6.

6 things to be in my portfolio ONLY?

PLEASE explain what I need to find for templates. I do not quite understand what I am supposed to find/create.
